Personal Trainer

The goal is movement: to move often, move well, and move strong. Trinity believes setting the body in motion daily, through goal oriented training, play, and incidental exercise, foster an inevitable respect for it’s abilities.

Pregnancy, labor and delivery, marathon training, tests of strength, handstands, pushups, meditation, LIFE…all require time and attention to acheive success.  The process is the goal: growth, through measurable practice, can accomplish great things. 

Trinity is a Park Slope, Brooklyn based trainer, with over 15 years of experience coaching athletes of all ages.  She is available in home, online, and at private training gyms.
